Andres has served as President of MasTec Civil, LLC (f/k/a Condotte America) since 2015.  He started his career at MasTec Civil then known as Recchi America as a field engineer in 1991.  Throughout his career Andres has worked on transportation projects that include interchanges, bridges, mass transit systems, highways and urban roadways ranging from $2 Million up to $908 million.  He has worked on bid-build, design-bid-build and design-build-finance projects in Florida and Mid-Atlantic Region.  His career path has included roles as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Joint Venture Project Director, Contracts Manager and Executive Vice President.

Andres is a current member of the Truist Local Advisory Board and a former director for the Florida Transportation Builder’s Association.  He is also a past president and director of the Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida.

 Andres is a professional engineer licensed in the States of Florida and Virginia.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.  Andres is a former rower for the University of Miami Men’s Varsity Crew team.
