SR-821 North & South (Miami-Dade, FL)

This project, located on the Homestead Extension of the Florida Turnpike (HEFT), extended from SR 836 to I-75 in northern Miami-Dade County. As a major subcontractor, Condotte's contract work included the demolition and widening of eleven bridges, the construction of two new bridges, and the construction of two new toll plazas including the administration building. The bridges were comprised of cast-in-place footing foundations, concrete columns and inverted "T" caps, prestressed concrete beams, structural steel beams, poured-in-place concrete decks, along with other miscellaneous work.
